Return Policy

At this Moment, We Do Not offer Refund, Return nor Exchange for items unless you have received a defective item or the wrong item. Please double check sizing guides before placing your order. 

If you received a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us at contact@anomalydesign.net or DM us on Instagram @anomaly.ex. If your request is accepted, we will give instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is self serve and unfortunately request are only accepted for domestic (US) orders. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Shipping

Please allow for 10-14 business days for your order to be processed, shipped, clear customs and get delivered. During seasonal holidays please allow for an extra 1-2 business day to receive your order. 

Customs

In the circumstances that taxes, tariffs or a handling cost are required, it will be your responsibility to make payment prior to receiving the goods. Please note, if payment is not made for whatever reason, your order will be voided and is non refundable.
